Refund & Cancellation Policy
How billing, cancellation, and refunds work for paid Spearhead subscriptions, all managed through Stripe. Effective June 14, 2026.
These terms are published by Meridian Zero LLC (d/b/a Pegasus Three Sixty) and may be updated from time to time; the effective date is shown below. They are provided for general information and do not constitute legal advice. Questions: legal@pegasusthreesixty.com.
Subscription billing
Paid Spearhead tiers are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in advance through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Meridian Zero LLC (d/b/a Pegasus Three Sixty) does not store full card details; payment information is handled by Stripe under its own terms and security controls. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which access ends. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a period that has already begun, except where required by law.
You can cancel from your billing settings (managed through the Stripe customer portal) or by contacting legal@pegasusthreesixty.com. We will confirm the effective end date.
Refunds
Because subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled before the next renewal, fees for a billing period that has started are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit — for example for a confirmed billing error or a prolonged service outage. Statutory refund or withdrawal rights that apply to you are unaffected by this Policy.
Price changes
Pricing shown on the Service is indicative until confirmed at checkout. If we change subscription pricing, the new price applies from your next renewal after we give you notice; you may cancel before it takes effect if you do not agree.
Failed payments and taxes
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry through Stripe and may suspend access until payment succeeds. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for taxes associated with your subscription.
