Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Spearhead website, API, and evidence packets operated by Meridian Zero LLC (d/b/a Pegasus Three Sixty). By using the service you agree to them. Effective June 14, 2026.
These terms are published by Meridian Zero LLC (d/b/a Pegasus Three Sixty) and may be updated from time to time; the effective date is shown below. They are provided for general information and do not constitute legal advice. Questions: legal@pegasusthreesixty.com.
Who we are
Spearhead is a product operated by Meridian Zero LLC (d/b/a Pegasus Three Sixty), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Delaware(“we”, “us”, “Spearhead”). Our registered address is Delaware, United States (mailing address available on request at legal@pegasusthreesixty.com). You can reach us at legal@pegasusthreesixty.com. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Meridian Zero LLC (d/b/a Pegasus Three Sixty).
By accessing the website, the API, or any evidence packet (collectively, the “Service”), you accept these Terms, the Acceptable Use & API License, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosures & Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Spearhead is — and is not
The nature of the product determines what you may rely on. Read this section before using any figure.
Spearhead publishes indicative valuation marks for late-stage private companies, together with conformal confidence intervals, citation-linked provenance, and a published accuracy scorecard. Figures are derived solely from publicly reported events and are estimates, not transactable prices and not quotations to buy or sell anything.
Unless a payload or page is explicitly labelled otherwise, all figures are illustrative / backtest — a replay of publicly reported events carrying provenance: backtest. Backtest figures are not live marks and must never be presented, resold, or relied upon as live, real-time, or executable prices.
Nothing in the Service is investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and nothing is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security or other instrument. We are not your broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and no such relationship is created by your use of the Service.
We do not hold, custody, transfer, or control client funds, securities, or other assets. The Service does not host execution, order matching, clearing, settlement, payout, or wallet workflows. Meridian Zero LLC (d/b/a Pegasus Three Sixty) is not an exchange, prediction market, brokerage, custodian, or discretionary adviser.
Accounts, keys, and eligibility
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
- API access requires a key issued to you. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account and keys.
- You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate access for inaccurate information or for any breach of these Terms.
- The Service is offered for business and professional use. It is not directed at retail consumers seeking personalized financial advice.
License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and your subscription tier, Meridian Zero LLC (d/b/a Pegasus Three Sixty)grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service and use the data for your internal business purposes. Redistribution, resale, scraping, and rate-limit circumvention are restricted as set out in the Acceptable Use & API License. Free-tier use requires attribution. Redistribution rights are available only under an Enterprise license.
Fees, billing, and cancellation
Paid tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Pricing shown on the Service is indicative until confirmed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its methodology, software, design system, marks, intervals, scorecards, and documentation, is owned by Meridian Zero LLC (d/b/a Pegasus Three Sixty) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. Underlying public events are attributed to their original sources; you must preserve such attribution.
Data provided “as is”; no warranty
The Service and all data are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that figures are correct, that intervals will contain realized outcomes, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Valuations are model estimates derived solely from public events; private markets are illiquid and opaque, and realized outcomes may differ materially from any mark or interval. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and for independent verification.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Zero LLC (d/b/a Pegasus Three Sixty) and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service or any reliance on any figure, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meridian Zero LLC (d/b/a Pegasus Three Sixty) from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including any redistribution of data outside the rights granted to you.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, non-payment, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
